Ten brands from right across Asia Pacific have made a great start to the year with a fantastic set of attention-grabbing ads. How did they do it? Mirinda and Wilmar CLV, both from Vietnam created funny and touching Tet-themed videos — with Mirinda keeping their audience watching for well over 15mins. Ads from India for Nissan, Amazon and Reliance Fresh cut things much shorter, with Nissan keeping audiences hooked right to the end with a great reveal in the final moments of their ad. The list shows that there’s no single way to get audiences to sit up and pay attention on YouTube — which is great news for brands looking to get creative.
